According to Rodriguez, this year’s festival exceeded the previous record-breaking attendance of over 40,000 from 2023. With a total of 150 vendors participating, feedback indicated that it was a peak day of business for many, marking it as the most successful edition to date.

Beyond the economic impact on vendors, Rodriguez emphasized the festival’s broader contribution to the local economy, notably benefiting restaurants and small businesses in the area.

“The vibrant ambiance of the Garden Patch area, featuring diverse activities for children, was a particular highlight. We eagerly anticipate building upon this success for future editions,” Rodriguez remarked.

Among the attendees was Leesburg Mayor Kelly Burk, who expressed her enthusiasm for the event, an annual tradition heralding the arrival of spring.

“The Leesburg Flower and Garden Show is a hallmark of our community, symbolizing the onset of spring. Each year, the event expands with an array of unique vendors attracting visitors from across the region. It serves as a hub for gardening enthusiasts, music lovers, and those eager to explore our local culinary and retail offerings. Credit goes to the dedicated town employees who orchestrate this exceptional event year after year. The Flower and Garden Show truly embodies the spirit of Leesburg,” Mayor Burk commented.

As the curtains close on this year’s festival, anticipation builds for what promises to be another memorable gathering in the heart of Leesburg next spring.
